We’ve gotten a lot of questions this week about the egg recall out of Midwest Poultry Services in Texas, so I figured I’d just show you where our eggs actually come from. Every single one is from family owned farms here in New York State, not the kind of large scale option these recalls usually trace back to.

We love broccolini for the same reason we love a lot of what’s in season this time of year – it’s simple to prepare and it does a lot of good in a small package. Fiber, vitamin C, a healthy dose of antioxidants. Saute it hot and fast with garlic and a squeeze of lemon and you’ve got a super nutritious side in 10 minutes!
