We are SO dog friendly here at Once FLX. Did you know we actually sell ĀØDog BeerĀØat Once? When we say we have something here for everyone...we mean it! Last weekend we had a record number of puppies show up at the same time, so we deemed it an impromptu dog day. As you can see, the puppers thoroughly enjoyed their dog b**r as well as the dog treats we sell! Next time you're wondering where to go for a Happy Hour or lunch with your dog, look no further.

Staff shoutout for today goes to the one and only Jessica! If youā€™ve been to Once, you know how much of an impact on our tasting room this lady has had. Hailing from New Jersey, Jess joined the Once crew in the summer of 2024, proudly choosing the Finger Lakes Region over the Jersey Shore šŸ˜œ. As the Lead Tasting Room Manager, she wears MANY hats and makes it look effortless while wearing fun earrings and cute w**e merch. Whether sheā€™s ordering new products, giving recommendations on what youā€™ll like using her WSET w**e expertise, or updating our menus, she is a wealth of knowledge. Our team is grateful to have such a fun and caring manager! Jessā€™s favorite drink to feature lately has been our Seyval Blanc from Weis , but if you offer her a shot of the Sā€™mores wh***ey šŸ„ƒ ā€¦she wonā€™t say no eitherā€¦.We love you Jess!
