Mare's Place

Website

Mare’s Place was created as a space to share my love of horses and my passion for art. This page began as a tribute to my beloved Missouri Fox Trotter, Mare.

Named after my Missouri Foxtrotter, Mare, this page is where I showcase my artwork and the inspiration that comes from the beautiful bond between humans and horses. Over time, it has grown into a space where I share her story, my equine art, photography, and the everyday adventures I have with my horses. Whether it's a quiet moment in the barn or a new piece on the easel, I love capturing and sharing the beauty of life with horses.

As I'm getting ready to put together my 2026 photo albums, I wanted to give a shout-out to this amazing little horsewoman! ❤️

Kaleigh has worked so hard this year helping me show my three-year-old pony, Teller. She started out as my helper at the Midwest Horse Fair for his liberty run, then spent time practicing and showing him at a few open shows before taking on Congress.

Congress was a first for both Kaleigh and Teller, and they both did absolutely amazing! I'm so proud of both of them and love seeing how much Kaleigh has grown and how much of a little horsewoman she's becoming.

Her mama, Brande, bred Teller, and I know she's just as proud of these two as I am! ❤️

Jack Jack was an amazing little boy for his Holiday photos! ❄

Thank you, Sherilyn Charlton and David M Charlton, for letting me capture your little man! 📸❤

I can finally share this little guy's portraits from a few weeks back!

Cobblecreeks Cadillac Jack, loved by David M Charlton and Sherilyn Charlton!

He was so much fun to photograph and was so good for being only a yearling! Of course, I had to do a pink Cadillac edit for Dave!
