Strawberry Moonshine season is upon us!!! We had our first batch of strawberries delivered today…500 pounds!!!! We are cooking and starting to ferment. Soon we will have some delicious, fresh Strawberry Moonshine for you all to enjoy 😁 Thank you so much to David Patterson, Bob Rogish, and Polter Berry Farm for supplying us with the quantity we need this year and for the upcoming years as we grow. Cheers to you gentlemen!! 🥃 🍓

Happy Saturday everyone!!! I know we’ve been quiet lately….we have had a lot going on behind the scenes!!! We are happy to announce that we were awarded a grant from Artisan Grain Collaborative! We were chosen as one of twelve recipients in the Midwest region, one of 2 in Ohio, and the only distiller. We are happy to say that this grant will help us get our 130 gallon still running. We are very thankful to the AGC.
We also have been getting our new condenser from North Georgia Still Company plumbed into our system for the 130 gallon still. We can’t wait to try it out!
And, lastly, we have been farming hard to get out strawberries growing and ready so we can make some Strawberry Moonshine!! With the sun out and the weather looking good, hopefully it won’t be too much longer! Maple season was amazing and we are pretty much sold out of Maple Moonshine. So, hang in there, we are almost ready to swing into berry season…Strawberry then Blackberry!!! We will keep everyone posted as the season begins!
