The farm-to-glass team at Frey Ranch Distillery has officially announced their third limited-edition expression. For the first time ever, they are spotlighting the rare hybrid wh***ey grain: triticale.

Crossbred from wheat and rye, this unique winter grain brings together a beautiful balance of peppery, spicy notes and a soft, sweet, bready finish.

The Blend: 36.14% corn, 27.92% rye, 26.66% triticale, 4.80% malted barley, 4.48% wheat

The Profile: Bottled at a bold 61.70% ABV after aging 5-8 years, offering rich notes of orange marmalade, honey, fresh pear, and graham cracker.

How to Get It: Launching first in November to Tractor Tailgate Club members, followed by an online lottery starting November 16th, and available in the Fallon, NV tasting room starting November 7th.
