In 2017, Corti Brothers secured casks from Wolfburn Distillery (founded 1821 in northernmost Caithness, Scotland) and laid them down for their 250th celebration. This unpeated 11-year-old (by regulation) beauty was bottled in January 2026 at 92 proof.

Delicate apple fruit, light wood, and a beautifully balanced, long finish. Natural straw color, unchillfiltered.

Jefferson's High Seas Highball 👇
• 2oz Jefferson's Ocean (Voyage 34)
• 1oz orange juice
• 0.5oz lemon juice
• 0.5oz Mike's Hot Honey (diluted 3:1 — three parts honey to one part water)
• 2.5oz Club soda, to top
• Pinch of Maldon Sea salt
Garnish: dried blood orange slice
Build everything but the soda over ice, top with club soda, give it one gentle stir, and garnish.

National Bourbon Day is celebrated annually on June 14 and honors bourbon whiskey as America’s “Native Spirit.” The date ties to the legend of Reverend Elijah Craig first charring barrels for bourbon in 1789, and to Congress declaring bourbon a distinctive U.S. product in 1964.
