Throwback to a day in the kitchen with our friends at Powder Hound Pizza , a Sandpoint favorite, cooking up something a little unexpected with Nutlicious. 🍕

With Nutlicious made just outside Sandpoint in Dover, Idaho, this collaboration felt especially close to home. Good people, local roots, a little creativity and a whole lot of hazelnut goodness.

Hazelnut Espresso Cookies are the perfect blend of chocolate, coffee, and real Oregon hazelnuts. Made with Northwest Hazelnuts and Nutlicious Hazelnut Espresso Spread, these cookies are soft, rich, and packed with flavor. Save this recipe and bake a batch for your next treat.

Hazelnut Espresso Cookies 🍪
Ingredients:
• ½ cup Nutlicious Hazelnut Espresso Spread
• ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ¼ cup granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 ½ cups flour
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup diced NW Hazelnuts
• ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Cream butter, sugars, and Nutlicious Hazelnut Espresso Spread until smooth.
3. Add egg and vanilla.
4. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Fold in hazelnuts and chocolate chips.
6. Scoop onto the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
7. Cool slightly and enjoy the rich espresso hazelnut flavor!
