Sonoma County’s little airport is having a big moment: Southwest has landed and start November, Alaska Airlines is expanding, which means more direct flights and less time on the road to Wine Country bliss. 🛫

We believe in making even the small things decadent; like a chef prepared charcuterie board that feels as considered as the wines in your glass. Cured meats, artisan cheese and seasonal bites are all chosen to complement each pour.

At Lynmar, it’s never just about what you taste, but who you share it with.. and the way food, wine, and conversation come together at the table.

Checking in with our Vineyard Manager Joel as we navigate this season’s unique rhythm. The warm weather has accelerated this year’s vintage timeline compared to recent years, bringing an earlier-than-usual pace to the vineyard.

But here’s the exciting part; everything is looking exceptional.
Joel’s expertise and careful attention ensure that even as Mother Nature sets a faster tempo, our vines are thriving and developing beautifully.

It’s a reminder that great winemaking is about adapting to each vintage’s personality while staying true to our commitment to quality.
Stay tuned as we continue following this year’s journey from vine to bottle.

Spring is in full bloom at Lynmar, where nature conducts its most vibrant symphony.

Our perennial gardens are designed to be more than beautiful; they’re a living ecosystem that honors the surrounding Russian River Valley countryside. As hummingbirds dart between blooms and bees collect pollen from native plantings, we’re reminded that true luxury means coexisting with the land, not just occupying it.

Every flower, every pathway, every carefully chosen plant serves a dual purpose: creating habitat for pollinators and wildlife while providing a place of beauty and nourishment for our guests. The same soil that feeds our estate vines nurtures gardens that sustain the creatures who call this place home.

This is viticulture in harmony with nature. This is Lynmar.

Twenty-one years ago, my husband gave me a piece of land.

I named it Susanna’s Vineyard - after my grandmother. A woman whose quiet strength and boundless love shaped me long before I understood what legacy truly meant.

In 2006, we planted the first vines. That same year, my son Adam was born.

Two roots. One season. A lifetime of meaning.

The wines that come from this vineyard carry both our names. Susanna’s Pinot. Susanna’s Chardonnay. And Anisya’s Blend - mine. A grandmother and her granddaughter, woven together in the soil of the Sonoma Coast.

And now, our Rosé de Blancs - patiently crafted, traditionally made, born from the same earth that holds all of this love.

This Mother’s Day, I’m thinking about every woman who has ever tended something faithfully and quietly. The mothers and grandmothers. The mentors, the nurturers, the carers. The ones in our family, in our community, at our table.

Legacy isn’t only what we leave behind. It’s what we plant; in soil, in children, in one another.

Cheers
