If you’ve been around here for awhile then you’ve probaby had the pleasure of meeting Henlee! She’s been a part of the BS Staff since she was 17, running food like a boss, and then getting “promoted” to behind the bar (and coming out with her family even before that!).

She’s graduating from Texas State University this month and heading off on some summer adventures and the being a whole grown up! Tonight will be her last night behind the bar… so come on out and show her some love!

Before Pecan Ale, there was Caedmon’s Ale. One of our very first beer releases in the early days of BS Brewing. Back in 2013 the craft beer market was exploding here in Texas, we had a pale ale and a red in bars already and then we came in swinging with a Juniper Viking Ale. Even before Ashlyn’s Abbey, Caedmon got the first beer name. This was a complete joy to brew again and a blast from the past smelling all the aromas of juniper and cedar. A blend of rye, barley and wheat, we used Belgian Saison yeast to add some light fruitiness. For those of you that are newer to BS, come on out this weekend and taste some of our history! Cheers

It's that time of year y'all! Strawberry Blonde is back on tap and we have also brought back our house made vanilla. Expect strong strawberry notes (because we use real strawberry puree, not extracts or flavorings) balanced with a creamy real vanilla backbone. On tap starting tonight! Cheers
