Nerves are definitely starting to get the better of me! 😬
For months, I've been working on our Berkshire Boxes. I've gone through 2 pens, filled nearly 50 pages of notes, shed a few tears, said a few choice words, and spent HOURS putting together 3 amazing boxes and 1 box that I truly hope our customers will appreciate.
We're in the final stages now! My farm friend is putting the finishing touches on the order form, and if all goes as planned, our Preferred Customers will receive an email tomorrow with the opportunity to place their non-refundable deposit and reserve their Fall Berkshire Box!

Processors must be scheduled months in advance. The number of boxes we sell determines how many Berkshire hogs we schedule and where they will be processed. One of our processors will begin scheduling Fall appointments in just a few weeks, so we need to know how many boxes to prepare for.
