The Capriolo, our Italian-inspired soft cheese is back! The inaugural batch sold quickly, so if you missed out, this is you chance!
It's hard to believe that we are coming to the end of August, but the days are get noticeably shorter, signaling our final batch of Fresh Mozzarella for this year.
Milk composition changes through the seasons and our best Mozzarella is made mid June through mid August. Be on the look out for new offerings!!!
Even though Saturday's forecast looks questionable find us at Williamsburg Farmers Market and Yorktown Market Days (if it is raining you can find the market lower level of the parking deck).
Sunday is looking gorgeous, so take advantage of that and visit us at Harvest Market at Oozlefinch!
