We are thrilled to be partnering with Radio station 95.9, The BIG DAWG, and Shepherd University Football to bring you the Coach Ernie McCook show live at PRB every Thursday at 7:30 pm! Come on out and be part of the fun and help pump up the Rams for their upcoming home game this weekend! (Don't worry, we will also still be hosting Line Dancing with Cynthia simultaneously under the Pavilion at 7pm).

Our kitchen has been knocking pizza specials out of the park! This week's special is a Loaded Baked Potato Pizza featuring local Kenebec potatoes from Gray Mountain Farm. It has our own 'shine sauce base, potatoes, bacon, a gooey three cheese blend, and dollops of fresh ricotta cheese. Trust us, this one is delish! We're pairing it here with our PRB Orange is the New Blue Ale which is back on tap! Come on out and try it for yourself. Don't forget, Wednesday night at 7pm is Games with Stella!

They say the Rain in Spain stays mainly on the plains..... Let's hope it stays far far away for Line Dancing with Cynthia tonight. Anyway, speaking of Spain, tonight we have a limited run of an absolutely delicious "Tortilla Española", featuring fresh local potatoes from Gray Mountain Farm. If you've never had tortilla española you're in for a treat. It's a delicious potato and egg omelette pie of sorts. No tortillas in this one....Pairs great with a light lager, and if you're feeling particularly adventurous, ask for a splash of Sprite added to your beer to make it a traditional Spanish "Clara con limón". Fun fact, did you know Dorrie grew up speaking Spain Spanish, not Mexican Spanish? Salud!

Featuring Devils Due Blackberry Moonshine sauce, fresh local corn from Gray Mountain Farm, baby back pork carnitas, house pickled red onion, and a blend of yummy cheeses. It's a perfect mix of sweet and savory and will have your taste buds popping. Keep the summer vibes going and pair it with our own Dolly's Jolly Melon Sour (you may not think you're a sour person, but you're going to love this one, trust us!) We can't wait to see you!
