The WHH Ranch Company is the oldest family owned and operated cannery in Texas, and the creators of "Cowboy Candy©", the original sweet pickled jalapeno. We've been in continuous operation since Mindy Hamzy opened doors in 1939. We continue on in her fine tradition by making everything by hand, with the love and care that only a family can give.

Buckaroo Whizzer
Take a jar of black-eyed pea, black bean, and corn relish.
Drain off the liquid, then pour the relish over a block of cream cheese.

Gently shape it into a bowl-like mound (think “cheesecake style”), letting the relish cascade over the top.

Place it on a serving plate and surround it with Ritz crackers.

Serve immediately… and fair warning—this stuff disappears fast.

Pro tip: You might want to grab a stick from the yard to fend people off if you plan on getting your fair share.
