Early morning run to the processor. Beef and pork are restocked!! Returning is chorizo sausage, country sausage, sweet Italian sausage and my favorite, maple sausage. Perfect to make into patties or add to egg wraps. The broilers are excited to be in a clover heavy spot today. 🍀 And according to Wyatt something is also making the turkeys happy. 😆

Happy Friday! How about that storm last night?!? Lots of thunder and lightning, oh and rain! The grass is back to growing! All the critters are happily munching. Stop by for some yummy eats for the weekend. Last night we enjoy a family favorite, ham hocks, green beans and potatoes. Put it in the crockpot and dinner is done. 💕

Beef has been getting A LOT of attention lately. Don’t worry, there’s no shortage here! We raise and process beef WE RAISE!! No antibiotics, hormones or added junk. Raised on pasture and grain finished (soy-free). Always available for purchase in our farm store or by the quarter or half! Our current pricing for a quarter or half is $6.50/pound based on the hanging weight. Our hanging weight averages approximately 900-1000 pounds. Making a quarter beef $1462-1625. This price includes USDA processing, vacuum sealing and freezing. Patties and chipped beef are an additional $1/pound.
