Looking for a Father’s Day cocktail that’s a little more elevated? 🥃

The Cobbler is one of the oldest classic cocktails, dating back to the mid-1800s, and this refreshing version featuring The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old is perfect for celebrating Dad this weekend.

The Cobbler
• 1.5 oz The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old
• 0.5 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz freshly pressed apple juice
• 0.5 oz elderflower cordial
• Soda water
• Mint & dehydrated fruit for garnish

Add The Macallan, lemon juice, apple juice, and elderflower cordial to an ice-filled shaker. Shake well, then strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Top with soda water and garnish with mint and dehydrated fruit.
