I am not positive, but I think 2004 was the last year our nation tested raw food nutrient density….showing further decline from previous testing in the 1990s. Initial food density testing began in the 1950’s, right after the era of victory gardens and surge of industrial agriculture. Curious.

Come sample our lavender coffee Sunday mornings during our open hours of the farm store 10am-2pm. Freshly ground and made with local organic coffee. This is not a lavender syrup added (although, adding our lavender syrup is delicious too!)
A true lavender coffee is made with brewing the coffee grounds and culinary lavender together.
Lavender adds a bit of Provence with robust tones and a calm vibe to each cup☕️ come try it!
