It’s been months since I’ve been able to sit still long enough to truly love on my animals. Today, for once, there was no work except feeding. So I took a moment to let my head catch up with my heart.

This is not the dream I envisioned.
This is not the life I planned.

It’s hard to grieve the future you were promised with a partner and still carry the same responsibilities on your shoulders with two fewer hands. I’m grateful for the time we had, but broken‑hearted that we no longer get to build it together.

But as always, here I am — with my smile, my “go get ’em” attitude, and the passion and purpose God put in me. I pray that one day He sends me a partner who believes in me the way He does. Someone who sees the calling on my life and wants to shoulder the load beside me.

In the meantime, I’ll keep praying, keep pushing through, and keep showing up for the animals, the land, and the purpose He trusted me with. Because even when life doesn’t look like what I hoped for, I know God is still writing the story — and I’m still walking it out, one feed bucket at a time.

💛 Welcome to the Piggy Plantation — where my pork pigs live better than most people and the rescues run the place like a tiny, snorting HOA.

This map right here?
It’s basically my brain on paper: organized chaos, questionable decisions, and a whole lot of pigs who think they’re the landlords.

Up top, you’ll see the Farrowing Pens, also known as the Maternity Suites,
where the ladies demand snacks, foot rubs, and full‑service pampering.

Below that, we’ve got the Rotation Paddocks, which operate like piggy Airbnbs — except the guests never leave reviews and occasionally redecorate with their snouts.

And smack in the middle?
The Mini Pig Manor, a gated community for the tiny troublemakers who believe they deserve generational wealth and a personal chef.

One day soon, this won’t just be a doodle.
It’ll be a fully functioning pig utopia where the pork pigs thrive, the rescues heal, and I question my life choices while hauling feed at 6 AM.

The pork piggies have completed their official grounds inspection and have proudly approved the size and location of their new paddocks. Construction may now commence under their watchful supervision.
