Grass fed & finished vs grain/corn finished 🥩👇

There are nutritional differences — including fatty acid profiles — but here’s the bigger point: beef is one of the most nutrient-dense foods you can eat either way. We choose grass fed & finished because of how we raise our animals, but good quality beef is still good quality fuel. Eat real food, support your local ranchers, and know where your food comes from!
