Three Foxboro Farm students and their parents enjoyed the annual Belle Meade Junior Beagle Hunt this past Holy Saturday at Foxboro Farm. A total of 15 riders and 30 more on foot and in the Tally Ho wagon enjoyed the beautiful weather, great sport, an Easter egg hunt for the kids and a fabulous lunch. The riders pictured here are on three of Foxboro’s great lesson horses, Copper, Pilot and Leo.

What a fun day at Bay of Plenty Stables today. Audrey and Laddie had a great morning with a round seeming like they have been riding together more than 4 times. Aubrey and Parker were trying to go for the time on their first show together. Lila Bryan Willis and Dakota put on a spot on hunter round. Who couldn't love this pair. Hannah was very happy to have Catie back in the saddle to show her how it was done. Eleanor was a great groom for them. Super happy for the team work and the work they put into building a bond with these guys. Seeing the smiles on these girls faces makes all the work they put into it so worth it

Update: Ms. Whitney has requested privacy at this difficult time.

Today we mourn the passing of a very special mare. Tremore has been a member of the Foxboro family for almost 15 years. She was loved by so many students to whom she instilled comfort and confidence. Most of all, she was loved by her person, Whitney Pickett. The pair were recognized by the Belle Meade Hunt in 2022 with the Century Award for still hunting with a combined age of 100 years - quite an accomplishment! We offer our prayers and condolences to Whitney, the Hicks family, and to all who knew and loved Tremore as we did.
Happy heavenly trails, old gal.
