Meet “Fuzzy” – trail riding companion for-hire

Our resident foxhound, Fuzzy, is available to accompany you on trail rides and hacks around Foxboro Farm. Equal parts trail-blazer and mischief-maker, Fuzzy is the perfect partner for introducing horses to the sights, sounds and antics of a foxhound. She helps build confidence and create a hound-broke horse in a fun and relaxed setting. Fuzzy’s fees are very reasonable – scratches and occasional treats – while the entertainment she provides is priceless!

Three Foxboro Farm students and their parents enjoyed the annual Belle Meade Junior Beagle Hunt this past Holy Saturday at Foxboro Farm. A total of 15 riders and 30 more on foot and in the Tally Ho wagon enjoyed the beautiful weather, great sport, an Easter egg hunt for the kids and a fabulous lunch. The riders pictured here are on three of Foxboro’s great lesson horses, Copper, Pilot and Leo.
