NEW RELEASE: Herman Ehrenberg Helles
Now pouring at Southern Roots Waco!

Named for Herman Ehrenberg, a German surveyor and Texian soldier who was one of the few survivors of the Goliad Massacre. During his escape, Ehrenberg reportedly shouted, “The Republic of Texas forever!” — a phrase associated with the later rallying cry, “Texas Forever.”

A crisp, clean German-style Helles honoring a little piece of German-Texan history.
