Today we're raising a glass to someone who has helped shape Southern Roots into what it is today.
After nearly 7 years of dedication and countless hours poured into growing this company, our Director of Operations, Scott Thompson, is hanging up his Southern Roots hat (well... at least part of it!) as he begins an exciting new chapter as the Technology Manager and Head Girls Basketball Coach at Valor.
Scott has been an integral part of our growth and while we're certainly going to miss having him in the day-to-day operations, we're incredibly excited to see him step into his new roles! We know he's going to do amazing things.
The good news? This isn't goodbye. Scott will still be around and involved with Southern Roots, so you'll still see his familiar face from time to time.
Please join us in congratulating Scott on this incredible opportunity and thanking him for everything he's done over the past seven years. We couldn't be more grateful, and we can't wait to cheer him on in this next season.
