💥 There's still time! We still have appointments available for a whole, half or quarters of beef for our June appointment at the end of this month💥

Available appointment is June 28th for butcher with your custom beef ready for pickup usually about 2 weeks later.

When you get a custom beef share you can customize your cuts everything from Premium Steaks and Roasts to Ground Beef and Stew Meat, so you'll have plenty of variety for dinner. And it'll also save you money over buying all those cuts individually!

🐮 Monthly Monday Meet the Herd 🐮

Beckler Katrina 24G.

We purchased this cow as a bred heifer in the 2020 Maternal Event Sale. She is a moderately framed tank yet so has a nice feminine look. She has been a solid producer for us with two daughters currently in the herd, her Bull from last year made the cut for a herd sire, and this year's heifer calf sure has the look too!

💥 Honey Orange Garlic Brats! 🌭

A little honey sweet 🍯, a little heat 🔥, and subtle citrus 🍊 and garlic 🧄 throughout! We were a little apprehensive to try this seasoning with our beef but, wow, so glad we gave this one a try! Delicious, no condiments needed great flavor that pairs well with our beef.

Wow! 😋🤤😲 If you like a little bit of heat and a LOT of flavor this is for you. Made 100% with our premium ground beef.

We made breakfast for dinner the last two nights with this and it was delicious. Breakfast burritos last night, breakfast sausage patties tonight. Both also with eggs from our nephew's amazing chickens!
