You have questions, we have specific answers! Yes, this weekend is Maine Maple weekend. But no, we will not have syrup ready by then. As most of you know, we handle our operations the old fashioned way, waiting until the sap flows naturally - this year, we haven't had warm enough weather for sap production to produce enough to boil down (we don't use reverse osmosis/RO). Stay tuned for syrup availability, probably early April. Thanks for your continued support!
