We just want to clear the air on a few things here at The Hut. ❤️

First — no food business is perfect. Mistakes happen sometimes. We work extremely hard to make sure they don’t, but unfortunately they can happen anywhere. If something is wrong with your order, PLEASE address it at the window or contact us directly so we can make it right. We cannot fix a problem we were never given the chance to correct before seeing a 1-star review online.

Second — our burgers are not meant to look “perfect” or neatly stacked. They never have in 65 years, and they never will. They’re classic drive-in burgers made fresh, hot, and loaded up — a little messy is part of what makes them The Hut burgers. 🍔

Third — we keep our prices as low as possible because we know times are tough for everyone. That’s why extras and add-ons are charged separately instead of building the cost into every item. If we bundled all toppings and sides into the base price, prices across the menu would increase for everyone. We work hard to stay one of the most affordable places around while still paying employees, distributors, and supporting our families.

At the end of the day, we truly appreciate every single customer who supports us. We’re thankful to be part of this community and hope this clears up a few common concerns moving forward. ❤️

What an absolutely incredible weekend it has been so far at The Hut Drive-In! 🍔❤️

We’re officially halfway through Day 3 of our 65th Anniversary Celebration and are beyond thankful for the amazing support, patience, and turnout from everyone these past few days. Seeing the community come together like this has truly meant the world to us.

We’re still going strong with our $1 Cheeseburgers and will be OPEN UNTIL 8PM tonight!

Yesterday was absolutely incredible and we cannot thank Waupaca enough for the amazing support, patience, and turnout already shown. ❤️

Starting this year, the last Saturday of every month beginning May 30th, we’re turning The Hut into a classic car destination!
