Its week 7 of our Spring/Summer CSA and this week our members will be able to choose from:

We will be opening registration for our Fall/Winter CSA starting in early August, so be sure to give us a follow if you would like to be one of the first to know!

Who is ready to do some canning? We have bushels of tomatoes and pickling cucumbers available for purchase!

Tomatoes - we can do straight slicing tomatoes or a mix of romas and slicers @ $80 per bushel.

Pickling cucumbers - $80 bushel/$45 1/2 bushel.

Message us here if you would like us to put your name on em'. Available for pickup on Thursday or Friday.

Ya'll come see us tomorrow at the Lake Whitney Farmers Market - we will have plenty of tomatoes (bushels available), pickling cucumbers (bushels available), cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, jalapenos, roma tomatoes, squash, zucchini, and salad mix!

Week 5 Update: 4,777 lbs produced at the halfway point of our CSA. Between members, farmers market, and wholesale customers, ~4,300lbs consumed by the local community. What happened to the other 477 pounds? They were donated to our local food bank, "Our Daily Bread," and a small % went to our pastured laying hens - the best-fed egg layers in Hill County.
