Harvest has been in full swing here on the farm!!
Beans are all harvested and our last 2 calves have been born!
Saturday the girls and I soil sampled all the hayfields and the bean field! They greatly enjoyed learning how the soil varies all in the same field.
Now to get through the next few weeks of harvest!

What a great way to start out the month of April!!!
The sun was just starting to peek up when Garrett found a fresh little heifer born!
Garrett took off to work; then I and the 2 older girls got the calf cleaned up and put a pink blanket on her.

We are so excited for this little girl!!
She is a Byland Ellen X Byland Elite!
Charity, our youngest daughter, is going to show her this year so she will get to name her. However, Charity is still sleeping lol so the name is TBD.
