An ode to Neapolitan season 25|26

We didnt keep count, but Charl and the Kalmoesfontein kitchen team quite possibly made and served over 2000 pizzas, each an every one with the end goal of it being one of the best you ever tasted.

This Thursday is our last pizza night of the season. As soon as the weather starts showing some promise of summer we will be back at the oven!
