W**es by Adi Badenhorst, made on Kalmoesfontein | Paardeberg | Swartland | South Africa. Home of Caperitif and Saldanha W**e & Spirit Co.

Tastings by appointment. Thursdays are for pizza. Weddings, functions and self-catering accommodation. AA Badenhorst Family W**es are made on Kalmoesfontein farm in the Paardeberg area, it falls in the Swartland appellation, between Malmesbury and Wellington. The property is owned by the dynamic and good looking cousins Hein and Adi Badenhorst. The two of them have restored a neglected cellar on the farm that was last used in the 1930's, to make natural w**es in the traditional manner.

Die Bos has been hosting weddings for a while. We just never made much noise about it.

It’s a blue gum forest on the farm, with a maypole in the middle and the Swartland stretched out behind your vows. Summer and the in-between seasons are its best moments.

Say “I do” here, share bubbles and braaibroodjies with up to 150 of your people, then move on to the Old House for the reception.
Or stay put and turn it into a forest party. We’ve done both, and its a treat either way.

Whatever you’re picturing, just ask. We’ll make it happen.

DM us to come see Die Bos at Kalmoesfontein. Find more info here: https://aabadenhorst.com/pages/weddings
