Heading out to Bardon Markets tonight, then to the Queensland Herb Society Annual Show on Sunday the 31st. Tonight should be a batch turnover of the Blackcurrant Melomel, as the last 2 bottles of the semi-sweet 2025-05 release are sold, and the sweet 2026-04 is released.

Bottles and caps restocked after the bottling of the blackcurrant melomel. These will be used soon on a new limited release batch. It will still use the larger number of bottles. Order for labels has been placed.

Bottling of the latest Blackcurrant Melomel proceeded through bottle sterilisation, bottle filling, and final capped result. 145 bottles for stock. 7.5 for samples. The .5 bottle may find itself drunk here at home though...
Next step, updated bottle label to go to printers. My cap numbering may need an update too. Hope I can reliably get near 145 bottles per batch. That or stick with 100 per batch and cellar a bunch.
