We’ve had a massive day here at Camperdown Quality Meats! 🥩

Out with the old and in with the new — our old case has officially been replaced, and we’ve also made a few other little upgrades around the shop. 🙌🏼

We unfortunately had to close our doors for the day while all the work was happening, but we’re back open tomorrow as usual! 🎉

So make sure you pop in, say hello to the team and have a sticky beak at all our renovations and upgrades — we can’t wait to show you around! 👀

🔥 STEVO’S SMOKEHOUSE SUNDAYS 🔥

Another Sunday, another excuse to fire up the smoker 🤤
On today’s menu:
🥓 Pork belly lollipops with a sticky maple glaze
🌭 Hot dog burnt ends
🌭 And sausages on the smoker for the first time… which turned out absolutely ELITE 👌🏼

From prep to plate, we’ve put the whole process together so you can see exactly how we did it, including all the chaos in between.
Safe to say there weren’t many leftovers.

😂 RACH HAS FINALLY PUT ASH TO WORK! 👨‍🍳🐷🍎

We’ve been busy in the shop creating something VERY exciting… our brand new Apple Pie & Pork Sausages! 🍎🥧🐷

After years of Ash being the boss, Rach decided it was finally time to put him to work… and let’s just say, he’s definitely earned his keep today! 😂😂

Come along and see how we make them from start to finish, have a laugh with us along the way, and see what we’ve been cooking up behind the scenes! 👀

Who knows… Ash might even get promoted from boss to sausage maker after this! 😂🌭

Due to the arrival of our new case being delayed, we will now be OPEN tomorrow,25th August!🥩🙌

This means we will now be closed on Tuesday, 1st September, to install our new addition to the shop!
