Weโ€™ve welcomed some cute new piglets from the Sandy Creek Pub, which meant catching our bigger piglets to return to the pub. The girls certainly had their hands full!

Our new team member, Farmer Kirsten, is much more used to wrangling Brahman cattle than pigs, but she put in a sterling effortโ€”even when the pig was almost as big as her! ๐Ÿท๐Ÿ’ช

Welcome to the team, Farmer Kirsten! Nothing like a bit of pig wrangling to get you started! ๐Ÿ˜‚

๐Ÿ ๐’๐จ๐ฆ๐ž ๐ฎ๐ง๐ž๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ž๐ ๐ข๐ง ๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฐ๐ž๐ž๐ค๐ž๐ง๐!

A swarm of bees arrived at the farm on the weekend, making themselves right at home. We welcome plenty of visitors, but this lot brought their whole family! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Thankfully, our very good friend Peter Vigh came to our rescue quickly and calmly moved the bees to a new home.

These short videos and photos show just how carefully Peter handled the swarm. We were very grateful to have someone who knew exactly what to do.
