Did you know you can’t eat an olive straight from the tree? 🫒

Freshly picked olives are naturally very bitter and need to go through a curing process before they become the delicious table olives we know and love.

Our olives are carefully harvested and brined, allowing time for the flavours to develop and transform into the perfect addition to a grazing plate.

From our olive grove to your table, there’s a little bit of patience and a whole lot of care behind every olive 🌿
