What is an aperitif anyway? ✨

By definition, aperitif comes from the Latin “aperire” which means to open. It’s not just a lighter style spirit, it’s an appreciation for a place, a time of day, and the ritual it creates.

We LOVE our locals 🫶✨

Serva nights are seriously something special. Think delicious small dishes and great cocktails (including a perfectly poured Serva Spritz made with gin, TANICA, hibiscus syrup and soda).

Chef Miles has invested the most amazing daytime sandwiches made with house-made pickles and ferments (our fave is the chicken caesar salad sandwich with generous parm shavings 🤤), but the secret time to visit is early evening for dinner. They’re open 4-9pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

And don’t leave without trying their take on truffle fries made with Mushroom XO and Parmesan. Trust us. 💛
