King oyster mushrooms boast a firm, meaty texture and full bodied umami flavour 💥

If you haven't tried them before, they are very easy to cook with! From grilling, frying or roasting to shredding, searing or adding to soups there are so many delicious ways to add these delectable mushrooms to an6 savoury meal 🧑‍🍳

Join us at the Riverside Farmers’ Market on Saturday, June 20th for our Father’s Day Hot Dog Eating Contest, sponsored by Blue Cherry Market Kitchen! They'll be cooking up the hot dogs while contestants battle it out for bragging rights and a prize.
