🌿We still have a limited amount of lettuce available for our first pickup of the season! They will be trimmed and washed in bags for $5 as usual.🥗

🥚We will have our eggs, baking, teas, and limited seasonal farm goods available to pre-order and pick-up, weekly:

We will send you a message the day before pickup to confirm your order. We believe there is enough interest and are happy to provide this weekly pickup, but will let you know if we are unable to fulfill your order.💗

This Sunday is the final Parkville Farmers Market of the season! It's also PQB Fruit Tree Project's 3rd Annual Apple Festival, and we'll be making apple turnovers with our apples. So happy to be a part of Parksville's first Farmers Market - what an amazing first year it's been!

Although our growing season is coming to an end, our chickens work hard all year round and we will have a steady supply of eggs. Which also means we'll continue baking, and will have our cinnamon twists, cookies, pretzels, etc. available for pre-order.

Once the market is over, we and The Bread Box are looking to set up a pickup for pre-orders at The MAC - McMillan Arts Centre parking lot (current Farmers Market location) for our eggs, teas, and baking - and possibly some greenhouse veg as it becomes available . We will update with specifics, but we're looking at an hour on Wednesdays.

Fortunately we've had an extended bout of warm and sunny weather so we will have fresh cucumbers, melons, and lettuce for the final market!

🍓Fortunately, it's been nice all week and we have a final batch of strawberries for the final Market Day tonight!💗
The growing season is slowly coming to an end, but we still have some melons and cucumbers coming!💪

***Pickup Today in Qualicum Beach 5:30***

Korean cucumbers have a lower water content so they're crunchier and have a sweet crispness. Not soft like the English cucumber. If you've tried them at one of the markets, you know they're amazingly delicious!! They're also wonderful for pickling!

We currently have an abundance of Korean cucumbers and melons! If you missed us on Sunday or can't make it to the final Bowser Market this Wednesday, we will have them available for pickup today in Qaulicum - around 5:30 at the pull out by the Welcome to Qualicum Beach sign by the roundabout if that works for most people. We are also open to suggestions for any better pickup spots in Qualicum 🙂

Cucumbers are $2 each
Melons are $5 each for large melons or $3 for the medium ones.

🍎APPLE PICKING DAY !🍏

Jasper casually lay under the first tree we finished picking, to lay claim to his job well done, like he picked the tree himself.... While he supervised us as we picked all the rest.



We'll be bringing some fresh, bright, juicy, crisp apples to the Bowser Farmers Market tonight! Naturally grown without chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides, like our strawberries!

🍓Strawberries are nearing the end of their season, but with the nicer weather we've been having there are some still ripening for us - looks like we'll be bringing some strawberries tonight as well! 💪
