Salt Spring Tuesday Farmers’ Market

Making juice is so fun!

Our crew pressured a few hundred litres of fresh organic apple juice yesterday. Come by the farm and taste it and bring yourself home a bottle or ten from 3-5:30 pm.

Making apple juice again!

If you have ever tried our apple juice you know there’s nothing else like it. And if you haven’t tried it yet make sure you get a bottle this week at our Friday Market at the farm 3-5:30 pm.

We usually save ourselves about 50 bottles so we can have this delicious treat all year round. Load up your freezer’s with it while supplies last. Available in 1 and 2 litre bottles.

Some highlights from this week!

The radicchio salad is so beautiful, if you haven’t tried it yet it’s delicious with a sweet citrus salad dressing!

There’s a new round of pickling cucumbers which are great for pickling and for snacks in kids lunch boxes!

The sweet peppers are looking great!

So much great food!
