One of our customers sent us this picture of the amazing soup he made using our grass finished top sirloin steak!

We’ll be at the house at the top of the farm stand driveway Friday July 31st and August 7th from 9:30-11:00. Or message us if you’d like to set up a different pick up time.

We will have lamb and beef available.

We have bags of beef and lamb bones, perfect for making broth or feeding to dogs.
Bag sizes vary at $5/lb.
We will be at the farm stand Friday, July 17th 9:30-11:00 selling lamb and beef cuts, including these fantastic bones.
Our farm book, Radical Farm: Animals, Food and Our Future, has an easy-to-make bone broth recipe. We are happy to share the recipe with you by email, or you can pick up a copy of the book at the farm stand or at many local retailers. So many great recipes and information inside (including a liver pate recipe, lamb riblets and the perfect roast- and we have liver, riblets and lamb and beef roasts available!)

Enjoy local meat from beautiful Ruckle Heritage Farm!

Perfect for summer grillin’!

We will be retailing ground beef and other cuts (roasts, steaks, ribs etc), starting next week. Come check out what we have on Friday, June 10th. We will be at the farm stand from 9:30-11:00 that day. Feel free to let us know if you’d like us to set something aside. We are happy to schedule a different pick-up day for your if that works better.

We will also have whole and sides of beef available this fall for $11/lb, hanging weight. We appreciate your pre-orders!

We have whole ($13/lb) and half lamb ($13.50/lb) available, as well as lamb racks, chops, neck, ground, roasts, salami, pepperoni and sausage.

Farm Day is this Sunday, May 3rd from 10:00am-3:00pm. This is a free, family event that celebrates farming and community.
Parking is in the field across from the heritage barn.
No dogs allowed!
This is a free event but please bring cash for food vendors.
We will also be selling Ruckle farm hats, t-shirts, or book and more.

There will be blacksmithing, weaving, knitting, basket making, adorable farm animals and farm displays.
