Since 1812, only the scale has changed. In 1896, celebrated distillery architect Charles Doig of Elgin was commissioned to expand the site, his blueprints a testament to a distillery already worth investing in. Today we are proud to stand on the same stone walls, fed by the same Cawdor Burn, driven by the same obsession with quality.

Luscious summer fruits. Spice-laden raisins and dried figs. Pools of milk chocolate, ground coffee and toasted almonds. Twenty-five years in the making.
Matured in first-fill Bourbon barrels and finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks from Jerez which bestow rich and sweet syrupy notes, dried fruits, toasted coffee and spiced acidity.

The result: an endless and serene dram, cloaked in velvet, that lingers deliciously on the palate.�
