Are you passionate about craftsmanship, fine food, and a hands-on career? We’re seeking a motivated apprentice butcher to join our skilled team at Castle Game - Scotland - Ltd
As an apprentice, you’ll learn the art of butchery from seasoned experts—from sourcing the best produce Scotland has to offer to mastering knife skills and understanding the anatomy behind each cut.
No prior experience is necessary—just a strong work ethic and a love for the trade. On a day-to-day basis you will be dealing with customers in the shop, dispatching high quality produce, and be the friendly face of the company.

Supplying multiple Michelin starred restaurants and fine dining establishments in and around Edinburgh. As a young and dynamic team with professional hospitality backgrounds we take the Field to Fork approach seriously where the right candidate is an essential part of the whole supply chain.
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 07:00 -15:30
Holiday entitlement: 28 days between January and September
Salary: depending on experience
