Mezcal isn’t just a drink, it’s a dinner guest. Think grilled octopus with olive oil & lemon, slow-roasted pork shoulder pulled apart at the table, birria quesadillas dipped and shared, seared scallops with citrus beurre blanc, or smoked brisket and sticky BBQ ribs. Even a roasted sweet potato & black bean bowl hits differently with a smoky pour. The smoke wraps around char, spice, citrus and richness in the best way. With orange slices and chilli salt on the side. Always.
