Just enough to keep the workers watered, and the Estate patrons happy. The brewery produces a wide array of styles with the emphasis being on creating seasonal releases, with each batch being a mere 1000l when finished. At Alibi Brewing Co. we strive for flavour and complexity, whilst clutching onto the balance between malt, hops, yeast and sink-ability which must be the undertow of every great beer. Onesie celebrates the golden era of NZ ski culture, where one zip took you from ankle to neck and the goggle tan was fashion. Back when Pac-Man ruled the maze, Donkey Kong launched barrels and Street Fighter bruised egos, the arcade was sacred ground. Pockets full of coins, glowing cabinets and absolutely no intention of leaving after one game.
Arcade throws it back to late nights, button mashing and the golden age of pixel glory. Vibrant citrus, ripe stonefruit and subtle gooseberry drive this bright, refreshing IPA.

HEFEWEIZEN RETURNS
It was once a royal privilege to make wheat b**r in Germany, as the use of wheat was strictly prohibited under the Reinheitsgebot brewing laws. Only certain royal families were permitted to do so. It was certainly a regal affair, crafting this traditional German wheat b**r that delivers aromatic, spicy clove and banana aromas atop a bready, pillowy, and soft body of malted wheat and pilsner malts. Our favourite little local penguin is back!
Little Blue is our unfiltered pale ale, loaded with Simcoe and Citra for plenty of bright, juicy fruit, then fermented with US-05 for a b**r that happily sits somewhere between hazy and clear. A little blurry around the edges - in all the good ways.

Ever wondered what happens behind the brewery doors, or why a particular b**r works so well with a dish?
The Brewer’s Table brings both together for one night at Alibi, hosted by Head Brewer Kynan Childs and Alibi chef Nathalie Maholy.
Begin with a welcome taste and a tour through the brewery with Kynan, before taking a seat for a three-course menu by Nathalie, with each dish matched to an Alibi b**r. Kynan and Nathalie will take you through the b**rs, the menu and each pairing as the night unfolds.
