Red Barn Sessions returns with an evening of beautiful live music and good company -- the perfect way to wrap up Independence Day weekend.

Our own Cory Seznec kicks off the concert by welcoming you to his family farm. Fiddle player Rhys Jones, who brings his virtuosity and authenticity to the rich history of Appalachian music, will follow, joined by Richard Hearn on guitar.

The music is played inside the barn with plenty of seating, or bring a chair or picnic blanket to enjoy sitting outside on the field. Weather is currently predicted to be scattered rain and storms, helping cool down what has been an absolute scorcher of a week-- the concert happens rain or shine.

Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages available - BYO beverage and picnic! Musicians -- bring your instruments to join in the session to follow.

Summer Update

Lamb chops are back!!! We have a new batch of lamb in stock just in time for July Fourth grilling. Check out the beautiful rib racks, rib chops, loin chops, and -- by special customer request -- leg steaks (https://store.hollywoodfarm.com/shop/lamb-mutton/9) , available online or at the Anne Arundel County Farmer's Market on Sunday mornings.

On Sunday July 5:

Join us for a Red Barn Sessions concert on Sunday evening, wrapping up Independence Day weekend with an inspiring night of song and community.

Accomplished guitarist and Hollywood Farm native Cory Seznec kicks off the concert by welcoming you to his family farm, followed by the highly acclaimed Rhys Jones, who brings his virtuosity and authenticity to the rich history of Appalachian music.

Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be available. You may BYOB and your own picnic! The music is played inside the barn where there will be some seating, but you may want to bring a chair or picnic blanket to enjoy sitting outside on the field. Musicians -- bring your instruments to join in the session to follow.

Location is 625 Holly Drive, Annapolis, MD 21409 - our farm's north entrance near the Amberley community. (If you come in through the main entrance, there is a long and bumpy road that you'll need to follow to reach the barn.)

Join us for the next Red Barn Sessions -- July 5!

Hollywood Farm presents the Red Barn Sessions: An intimate concert series inspired by music, summer nights, and gathering together on the farm. On July 5, join us for traditional acoustic music played by acclaimed musicians Cory Seznec and Rhys Jones.

Summer begins!

The pastures are full of clover for all our new lambs to jump through, and now that we've had some rain, we can look forward to some gorgeous weather. May was full of activity, from Lamb and Kid Cuddles to birding tours to barn concerts. Now we are concentrating on some projects (like finishing the new chicken coop) that never quite got finished while everything else was going on.

Our supply of lamb and honey will be replenished by mid-June, so keep an eye out for that. Currently in stock we have boneless and bone-in leg, shanks, rosemary & garlic sausage, and a special on ground lamb -- buy 4 get 1 pound free (https://store.hollywoodfarm.com/shop/lamb-mutton/9) .

Though we have one more day of farm tours and lamb cuddles on May 30, June will be quiet for our family as we take a breather after an extremely busy spring. We'll be back in July and August with news and more events to share, and hope to see you then!
