Jackie O's Barrel Ridge Farm Jackie O's Brewery has a farm! Always evolving 45-acre space about 5 miles outside of Athens Ohio in Shade, USA. We are a WWOOF-ing farm, too!

We grow vegetables, herbs, hops, and, well, smiling faces for Jackie O's Pub and Brewery. We welcome you for a visit and we are happy to accommodate farm tours, collaborations, special events, and the like. Jackie O's Barrel Ridge Farm uses non-GMO seeds and gives the finger - the middle one - to added bull crud. We are completely organic, just without the certification. Our farm philosophy mirrors our Brewery's --
sustainably crafted with purpose. Abiding this mantra - whether served in one of our restaurants or infused into our brews - our garlic and greens, beets and heirloom tomatoes, herbs and raspberries are always fresh, tasty, and nutritious. https://wwoofusa.org/

A cloudy rainy week is perfect for propagating everbearing strawberries in the hoop house! The Evie 2 variety is still producing fruit and will until the first frost. Currently planting 'Albion' everbearing strawberries in the hoop house this year as well. And the farming never stops!
