Friday, May 22 at the Bainbridge Farm and Artisan Market, Davis Acres will have a variety of R & K local beef for your weekend grilling, clover sprouts, biscotti/pizzelle, jams and merch. Many vendors offering a variety of products.

Adirondack Blue, the newest potato variety to test the soil at Davis Acres this year. It will be joining the Red Norland and Kennebec white varieties that have always been popular. And hopefully some leftover fingerling potatoes will go in the ground this week too!

Baked a small batch of oatmeal chocolate chip cookies this snowy morning . Replaced flour with homemade dehydrated zucchini flour made from last summer’s leftover zucchini.

6 out of 10 is the rating. I was hoping the cinnamon and nutmeg would overpower the zucchini taste, but it wasn’t able to. Good enough to keep and eat, but not something I’d keep walking past and grabbing all the time.
