We’re proud to team up with the Central Oregon Homebrewers Organization for the 2026 Pro-Am Competition! This year, we blind taste-tested a variety of homebrews and selected this delicious b**r created by David Feldman to bring to life on the Bevel system.

Stealing Time evolves the classic West Coast IPA into the modern era. Fueled by Strata, Simcoe, Columbus, and Citra, it trades heavy bitterness for lean malt and explosive notes of passionfruit, sticky resin, and bright pine.

All 13 spots in the Bevel B**r League have been claimed!

The first person showed up at 4:30am, and the last spots were gone by 8am. We’ve seen first snow, freezing rain, and some pretty cold sign-up mornings over the years, but this one was among the coldest and clearest, with temperatures dropping to 25°.

We’re beyond thankful for the people who love Bevel enough to brave the cold and elements to hand us $200. 😂

The B**r League perks are pretty great, but the community is what keeps people coming back year after year. We’re lucky to have you all!

Ever have the Poutine NOSH Street Food ? 🍟

Poutine is a classic Canadian comfort dish consisting of crispy French fries topped with fresh cheese curds and hot brown gravy. Perfect for any day you need a little warm food hug 🤗

Nosh hand cuts their own french fries and creates their own delicious mushroom gravy, making this dish Vegetarian friendly!

But, we can't pass up on their cart-smoked meats, so we added their pulled pork and for a little crunch we asked for a side of Papa's pickles made in the cart with veggies from Central Oregon Veterans Ranch 🇺🇸 😋
