🍑 A Plum Job: 3 New Jams!
Summer is fleeting, and so are the fruits that make it special. I’ve been busy capturing a few of my favorite plums three ways.
👑 Flavor King Pluot Jam
Flavor King pluots are one of those fruits that make you stop and pay attention: deeply fragrant, juicy, and wonderfully sweet with a beautiful plum-apricot character. This jam lets that extraordinary fruit shine.
🌿 Plum Perilla Jam
My take on the classic pairing of plum and shiso/perilla. Blue, tart Damson plums meet locally grown Korean perilla: the fresh, herbaceous flavor adds an unexpected layer to the fruit. A pairing I’m very proud of and can’t get enough of.
❤️🔥 Pluot Passion Fruit Jam
Dapple Dandy pluots bring lush stone-fruit sweetness, while California passion fruit adds an intensely aromatic, mouthwatering tartness. Bright, juicy, and full of Summer.
Three new ways to remember the season!
