We have quite a few new followers and we just wanted to introduce ourselves! 👋
We're your typical Ma and Pop Butcher Shop that is the perfect lil' size for the town of Braham!
We have a Retail section in the front where we have a variety of Meats and in the back we process Beef and Hogs for the local Farmers that they sell to customers. We've been in the Meat industry for over 20 years, (almost) 6 years at this location and we have friendly and knowledgeable staff.
We like to think we're worth the stop. Come see us sometime! 😁

Have you ever wanted to buy a Hog or a half a Hog from a local Farmer but you're not sure how to go about it? Here's your chance!
We have Hogs coming in on Janurary 17th from a reputable Farmer who we've been working with for 20+ years. For a whole Hog we start with around 200lbs hanging weight (300lbs live), with processing and paying the farmer it's roughly $525.00 which includes smoking Hams, Bacon, Sausage, etc. A half Hog would be around 100lbs hanging (150 live) and cost about $265.00.
If you'd like to get on our list for one give us a call and we will talk you through a cutting instruction which will hold your order. If your not ready now but maybe in the future, give us a call when you're ready! 320-396-5081

Braham Small Town Business with BIG Hearts
I received a phone call from Allyssa at Braham Custom Meats on Friday December 10th. She told me that I was chosen to receive the 2021 Christmas Wish from Braham Custom Meats, Diversified Bronze and Brian Rustad. She mentioned I was nominated by 2 individuals in the community for being a helping hand when anyone ever needed it, without asking for anything in return. When it comes to helping people what is so hard about stepping in to lend a helping hand and go away with a thank you. My whole point is times are trying for consumers and small businesses, yet, Braham Custom Meats, Diversified Bronze, and Brian Rustad reached deep into there pockets this holiday season and gave a very nice donation, which I will be spending all in the Braham Small Businesses. I hope others will thank them by supporting their stores.

Full time position Monday through Friday 9-5 or until job is complete and every other Saturday 8-Noon. Job includes grinding and packaging Hamburger, cleaning (scrubbing and spraying) all equipment and work surfaces, helping with retail and custom orders. Must be able to lift at least 50+ lbs, reliable and have a positive attitude. Fun work environment with perks!

Customers and Farmers are constantly reminding us that we have the best tribe of people! Kind gestures go so far in our community. ❤ This is one of the many that we've received the last 5 & 1/2 years here and I just want you all to know what good people there are out there. If you have never tried the prime rib rub you are missing out! I can take the least expensive beef roast, cook it low n slow for a long time (oven bag for 12 hrs or sous vide for 30 hrs) and turn it into prime rib almost, tender, moist ....... 👌🤘
