Propolis is a sticky, resin-like substance that honeybees collect from plant and tree sap to seal and protect their hives. It contains over 300 to 500 natural compounds, including polyphenols (flavonoids), amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. Ours comes directly from our hives in Virginia. Read the slideshow to learn more propolis facts! 🍯🐝
