Lunara Our goal is to provide a delicious & comforting moment for the whole family through our local goods. So, from our little family to yours, enjoy.

All of which are made from scratch from our own sourdough starter. Lunara is a small but growing brand of our lives and agribusiness, VAS Adventures, LLC. We’re Jeffrey Hornbeck and Levi Hollon, both born and raised in Kentucky, and we’re proud to call Carlisle home. From our little piece of land, we bake, grow, and create goods that reflect the heart of rural Kentucky. We’re licensed and insured

to sell cottage foods, and we’re honored to be part of the Kentucky Proud and Appalachia Proud programs. Our hope is to one day expand onto a larger piece of property where we can open a small roadside market. There, we want to share not only our products, but the hard work and passion of other Kentucky farmers and makers, all year long.

At Lunara, our pasta starts with just a few simple ingredients: eggs, Wisenberger Mill semolina flour from Midway, Kentucky, and our sourdough starter.

After months of testing and fine tuning, we've made our sourdough pasta better than ever. Each batch is hand mixed, fermented for flavor, then rolled, cut, lightly parboiled, and dehydrated. The result is a shelf stable pasta that cooks in just minutes while delivering the rich flavor and texture of homemade pasta.

(It seems using AI to clean up the backgrounds of our pasta images was frowned upon. Here's the pasta in all its original Samsung Galaxy glory).
