Basic Buyer Sales Policy
I’m really not the type of breeder who likes to enforce lengthy rules on my buyers. I do have to make some basic ground rules to keep things running smoothly though so here we go!
1. Buyers must be 18 years or older or have consent from a parent.
2. A 50% Deposit is required to reserve a rabbit with the remaining due before they leave our possession! If we have to hold a rabbit for longer than 30 days we will need to charge $25/month feed and board.
3. Transportation is the responsibility of the buyer and we are not liable for any problems associated with the Transporters. We do have recommendations and preferred transporters we use and you are welcome to ask for those!
We do work with transporters schedules!
4. We reserve the right to purchase rabbits back at the same price they were sold for unless the rabbit has increased value by show career!
5. We do not offer $ refunds for rabbits but do offer replacements if a problem is found in a rabbit that has been sold. If you find an issue with a rabbit please politely inform us so we can work on a solution! Refunds are completely at our discretion but we do want all of our buyers to have a positive experience and have rabbits that will help their breeding programs!
6. Most importantly Please inform us when you have success with your Rockin Lop’s Rabbit, we love feedback! 🥰 🐰
(Side note): All rabbits bred by us are welcome back no questions asked if circumstances change and you can no longer care for them
