Yogurt Lovers!! 🥣 We have Unpasteurized Greek Yogurt, stocked & available for purchase! I love to top mine with honey, dried fruit, and granola. Yogurt makes the best snack or addition into smoothies, overnight oats, tzatziki sauce, marinades, and even homemade low-calorie dressings! + the benefits are SO good for you. It’s the little things in dairy that make you happy, and for me this is a BIG one! Goodbye ice, Hello Bulk Tank! This tank is a major upgrade to our raw milk processing, and long awaited. Instead of rapid chilling our raw milk in a cooler with ice, we now have a bulk tank that will chill the milk without ice, quickly and efficiently. Milking is a 2x a day 365 day job and unfortunately ice wasn’t keeping up with the chilling demand. We rapid chill our milk to about 38°F ASAP after milking to ensure the highest level of quality and longevity. I can confirm it has already been put to great use and I am loving it! 🥛🩶

After a very long haul, we are very pleased to introduce the newest addition to our dairy herd, Old Mill FC Luna! 🌙

With her impressive lineage and potential, she will be a valuable asset in continuing to advance the genetic foundation and productivity of our herd! And she is an absolute sweetheart.

For those that don’t know, we rarely bring in cattle from other farms for bio-security purposes. If I ever toss around the idea of adding another dairy girl, they must meet a certain criteria of being fully disease tested, health cleared, vet checked, etc etc. Luna checked all the boxes and was ready for a long haul all the way to Arkansas!

We are very excited for the promise she brings to the future of our operation. And of course, helping supply our demand for raw milk!🥛

I am absolutely in LOVE 😍 with our new fence we had built around the milk barn. J&S Fencing Co. truly went above and beyond making this fence everything I wanted and more! Highly, highly recommend.

Additionally, we added more space around the milk barn, which is where we keep our replacement heifers until they’re old enough to go out with the dairy cows. They’ll have more room to run around and get a pretty fence to go with it. Now to let it sit, stain, and then rip out the old temporary fence!
