Very happy with the marbling we were able to achieve in our pork this year! We are known for our beef but Id put our pork up there as well unlike anything you can buy in the store!

We have a half of a beef available or two quarters available going in for processing on June 11th contract use if you are interested $3.75 a pound hanging weight plus your processing cost grass fed grain finished no antibiotics no hormones.

It’s that time of year agin! If you are wanting to buy your beef or pork in bulk for 2025 look no further. We are taking orders for quarters, half, and wholes for beef. Beef will be headed to the processor June-July 2025. We also have a few pigs left we offer wholes or halves. Pigs will be going to processor February-March 2025. Hello we hope that everyone has had a safe and successful harvest this fall and is doing well! Wanted to let everyone know that we still have individual packages of steaks, hamburger and a few briskets available for purchase.
