Harvest season is officially in our next quarter!

As corn reaches maturity, the kernels finish filling and begin drying down toward harvest moisture. Soybeans are in the pod-filling stage now. The seeds with continue to develop before the plants eventually yellow, drop their leaves, and dry down for harvest.

The fields are changing by the day and we could not be more thankful for the recent rainfall! Soon the combines will be rolling…Harvest season, here we come!

Sometimes it’s all about knowing the right people! We’ve been trying for years to get grass to grow in these spots with no luck. Thankfully, we have a friend that can get the job done right.

Hay has been cut, baled, and now we’re gearing up to plant our last fields of the season. Grateful for the rain moving in and the chance to get this year’s crop growing strong. We sure have been busy but we wouldn’t have it any other way!

Corn 2026

Excited to see the Ranch planted in corn this season! We’ve been putting in long nights and early mornings to catch up after a dry start, but the Lord always provides and we’re back in full swing. Grateful for another year in the fields and all that comes with it.

Beautiful day here on the Ranch! Water ways are ready to go and flowers are beginning to bloom. Now all we need is a little rain to begin planting season. 🌱☀️
